  • Onion - 2 pieces;
  • Garlic head;
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • Salt and spices - to taste.

Rinse the turkey and dry with a dry towel on all sides, cut into small cubes. On the heated frying pan, pour 2 teaspoons of olive oil and place the small piece. Fry the meat on low heat (do not close the lid) for 10 minutes.

Then pour the onions pre-cut into half rings and grate the carrot on a large grater. Wash the tomatoes, dip them into boiling water for 5 seconds and peel them, finely chop.
