White beans are time-tested recipes

Beans are one of the most valuable food products. The mistress, who cares about the health of her family, must use this valuable product, preparing her culinary masterpieces. Especially white beans, recipes of dishes from which are most often used in home cooking, has the most valuable properties.

How to cook white beans?

Usually, the beans are soaked in cold water for several hours or left in the water overnight. However, if for some reason you do not have the opportunity to dunk it or forgot to do it, do not be upset. White beans perfectly welded through the same time as the beans after soaking. Only dry beans must be lowered into boiling water! Note that when white beans are brewed, recipes stipulate that salt should be added at the end when the product is ready.

Potatoes with beans - this is a very tasty dish, which is sure to become one of the most loved in your family.

All the ingredients can be taken "by eye", so as not to memorize the recipe, but to concentrate on the technology of preparation and the ratio of the tastes of the products. So, we proceed. A glass of beans boil in a liter of water (about a couple of hours). This can be done even in advance and leave the pan with the boiled string beans in the refrigerator.

On the heated frying pan (or saucepan) pour the vegetable oil, preheat and fry the onion (sliced with rings if you like the onion taste, or cubes, if you do not want the onion to be visible in the dish). Carrots (quite large size) cut into cubes. If they are large, this will give the dish a certain sweetish accent and a very attractive appearance. Carrots should also be fried. If you love the root of parsley, then it also fits very nicely in this dish.

After that, pour your favorite spices, but remember that it's best for you: curry, coriander, sweet paprika and turmeric. The combination of red paprika and yellow turmeric will give the potato an appetizing golden hue. After all, a culinary masterpiece is not only a taste, but also a kind of dish. Spices retain their aroma and firmness, if they combine with oil - just like perfume.

While vegetables are being fried, peel several large potatoes. Their number depends on the capacity of the frying pan, the number of members of your family and on what goal you want to achieve - to cook potatoes with beans or you want to get a white bean with vegetables. Also remember that after you submit your dish to the table, somebody or even everyone who has tried it will ask you for an "additive". Potatoes can be cut into cubes or large slices. We send potatoes to the pan, mix with vegetables, so that all the slices become evenly golden. Do not try to fry and potatoes - this is not necessary.

Then follow the plan - pour the beans along with the water in which it was cooked, into the potatoes, bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Salt the dish, cover and let it simmer until the potatoes are very soft.

In the meantime, take the head of garlic. Do not panic, it's a bit. Clean and rinse the denticles. Put denticles in a boiling dish and wait for the readiness. After the fire is turned off, put a pinch of dried or frozen sweet pepper and let the dish brew. Greens will add attractiveness and aroma.
