Take the cooled poultry meat , roll it into a roll and tie it with a thread to keep the shape, place on a preheated baking sheet and send it to the oven for about an hour at a temperature of 160 degrees. Half an hour after the start of the process, grease the meat with the juice.

Cutlets from turkey

To prepare juicy aromatic cutlets you will need turkey meat - a pound, two onions, breadcrumbs, seventy grams of mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.

Separate the meat from the bone and cut it into small pieces. Now mix with finely chopped onions, add pepper, salt and mayonnaise, then mix thoroughly until minced.

Form it from cutlets, roll them in breading, and then fry in a heated frying pan until an appetizing crust of golden color is formed.
