We fall asleep in it 100 grams of flakes, grind and cook on milk for 5-8 minutes. The porridge is ready. The specified quantity of flakes is enough for two portions. 2) Milk and eggs. Milk can be obtained either with porridge, either in its pure form or in the form of an omelette with eggs. It is best to cook the omelette for a couple, so all the useful properties of eggs can be preserved. And also do not forget about the usual boiled eggs, cheese and butter.

Cheese - a fairly nutritious product, it has a lot of protein, milk fat and minerals.

Do not forget about sour-milk drinks, such as kefir, fermented baked milk and bifilify. With these products, replace coffee or tea better. Although a cup of green tea in the morning is also good.

3) Fruit. There is no limit to fantasy. The main rule is to use only fresh fruits and berries. It can also be fruit yoghurts. It's good if you cook them yourself. If you use purchased yogurt - watch the composition, this yogurt is prepared only from milk, sourdough and fruit, no stabilizers, flavors and fillers.

The main thing to remember is that health products are harmful to sausages, fried and smoked dishes, especially not so eat during breakfast.
