Another option is how to build a kefir day, so that it would be easier to survive and not break. For such a menu you will need a ripe watermelon and 1 liter of kefir. In one day you should have six receptions. Three of them - kefir, including the last one, and the remaining three - by 1/3 watermelon. Alternate foods, only be careful of those who have problems with the kidneys, because watermelon is considered a strong enough diuretic.

Mandatory in this version are such products as yogurt and apples, but, besides them, it is permissible to vary your table with other fruits and berries, for example, pear, strawberry, currant. Traditionally, the number of meals during the day should be six.
Unloading days on kefir in this version should start with breakfast, during which you drink kefir, and eat those fruits that you like. Next, after a while, pamper yourself with an apple. For lunch, prepare a salad of fruits with kefir dressing, you can eat the same thing for breakfast as for breakfast, for dinner - an apple, but before going to bed, you should definitely drink a glass of kefir.
In order to ensure that unloading days do not cause harm to the body, it is necessary to adhere to certain rules prescribing how to make a fasting day really useful:
- Choose the product that you can eat, that is, you like its taste;
- at first try to spend such days not more often than once a week, thereby, accustoming an organism to gradual clearing;
- Try to load your body as little as possible on a fasting day, because the amount of calories consumed by you is small;
- Take care of yourself, you must not think about food, otherwise by the evening you will be in a state of hungry beast, which increases the probability of failure;
- drink enough clean drinking water;
- if a fasting day has fallen on working hours, after work take yourself something pleasant, cheer yourself up;
- after the unloading day comes to an end, getting up the next morning from bed, do not throw yourself on food, do not overload the body again, but rather try to switch to proper nutrition.


Not only are days of unloading on kefir popular in our time. In order to cleanse the body, you can use and fruit mono-diets, and diets on green tea, and on buckwheat. The choice is yours, because you need to be guided first of all by your own taste preferences.
