The dish turns out to be sharp, with an amazing appetizing smell. Or make garlic sauce (he came to us from Moldovan cuisine and is called a husband): peel the garlic head, knead the slices with a mortar or pass through the garlick, pour a little boiled warm water, sunflower oil and salt. To prepare these potato pancakes, the recipe is as follows: for every half a kilo of potatoes take half a cup of flour, 25 gr. Yeast, 1 egg, oil as needed, salt to taste. It is not driven by one, but 2-3 eggs, and some flour is needed, if necessary - by eye, as they say, plus salt, you can season. When the dough is ready, put it again in spoons on a frying pan with hot oil, form cakes and fry first on one side, then on the other until ready. You can cook pancakes not only from raw potatoes, but also to bake pancakes from mashed potatoes. The recipe is completely uncomplicated. Peel potatoes, cut into 2-4 parts and boil in pre-salted water. Then drain the broth (you can use it to make the first dishes), and the product itself with a pestle or even a blender, mixer, to smoothly - to get a uniform air mass. Report in puree cottage cheese, 1-2 raw eggs, a little flour, salt, you can pepper. Well knead. Then from the potato dough the cakes are formed, crumbled in flour and fried in oil in a frying pan until cooked. Turn over as the crust forms. Delicious pancakes with sour cream. Ingredients: cottage cheese - 500 gr., Potatoes - 750 gr., Flour - ½-1 glass, eggs - 1-2.
