Salad with beans and corn

For a salad you need: a can of canned red beans and canned corn, four salted or pickled cucumbers, one red sweet pepper, vegetable oil (olive is better suited), 2-3 walnuts, fresh parsley and a pinch of sea salt. Thanks to such colorful ingredients, the salad with beans and corn is very bright and beautiful.
Prepare a salad with beans and corn:
Open the beans and corn, gently drain all the liquid and put the contents of the can in a deep salad bowl.
In small cubes, we cut marinated or salted cucumbers and add it to the salad bowl. Well-washed peppers are cleaned from seeds and cut into cubes, in size and cucumbers.
Grind walnuts with a crush or roll and add to the cut vegetables. We wash the green parsley, cut off the lower rigid stems and the rest of the small shred.
All vegetables are well mixed in a salad bowl, salt to your liking and add vegetable oil.

Salad with sea kale with corn

Necessary ingredients: 400 grams of sea kale, canned corn, one fresh tomato, one fresh cucumber, onions, one boiled egg, half a lemon, clove of garlic and mayonnaise.

Salad preparation:
We cut tomato, cucumber and egg with medium cubes and put them in a salad bowl. There we add sea kale. Open the corn, drain the liquid and put it in a salad bowl.
We cut into thin half-rings onions, fry in butter and add to salad.
All gently mix and squeeze the juice of the lemon. Then add the finely chopped garlic and fill it with mayonnaise. Once again, stir well and lettuce is ready.

Simple salads with corn

1) Preparation of this salad will take you only 15 minutes.

It will take: a can of canned corn, one sweet pepper, green onions, 200 grams of sour cream and salt to taste.

Preparation: chop peppers and green onions, mix with canned corn and mix everything. Salt to taste and fill the salad with sour cream. Very simple, light and hearty salad.

2) This salad has an unusual taste and is suitable for those who are dieting.
It will take: a can of canned corn, half a kilo of shrimp, 2 pickles, 3 olives, a head of onions, fresh greens, mayonnaise for refueling and salt to your liking.

Preparation: The first thing we do is boil the shrimp in salted water and then clean it from the shell. Onion finely cut into half rings, cut into cubes cucumbers. We put into the salad bowl corn, cucumbers, onions and season with mayonnaise. We mix everything well, salt, put the cut olives on top and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Salad will be much tastier if served in a chilled form.
