Sour salad, or How to feed the husband and children with vegetables?

Do you like to eat salads and know about the benefits of such food, but your husband persists and does not want to eat cold snacks, arguing that he does not eat such a food? No problems! There is a very simple solution to the family conflict: start to prepare tasty and hearty salads! In this article, I offer you several recipes for such dishes.

Salad from meat, vegetables and fruits

For a reason, first of all, I decided to offer you just such a salad recipe. For the first time my family tested this combination of products on New Year's Eve. Since then, I cook quite a hearty salad quite often. His taste is very unusual: there is sweetness, and a light sour, and pacifies this variety of flavors with dry chicken meat. For a dish you need:

  • Chicken breast (0.5 part);
  • Ham (300 grams);
  • White raisins (100-200 grams);
  • Canned pineapples (100-200 grams);
  • Bulgarian pepper (1 piece);
  • Canned mushrooms (200 grams);
  • Walnuts (100 grams);
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt pepper.

Start cooking with boiling meat. Boil the breast in salted water until cooked and allow to cool. At this time, start cutting the mushrooms. Preferably use champignons or honey agarics. Then rinse the raisins. If you have the patience, you can grind the dried grapes, cutting it into two parts. Cut the pineapples with small cubes. Crumble the bell peppers. It is not necessary to clear the pepper from seeds. If you like them, use them for salad. Walnuts should not be in our salad very large, so they need to be crushed. You can use a wooden tolkushka for this. Cut the ham into cubes. In small pieces chop the chicken fillet. Mix all the ingredients in a deep cup and season with mayonnaise. Add the condiments. Who wants to give the dish an extra piquancy, I recommend adding a pair of cloves crushed garlic. Salad and mix for an hour in the fridge.

Vegetables, cheese, meat, rusks

Such a recipe for salad can hardly surprise anyone, but still it is an excellent option, how to prepare a pleasant to taste and hearty salad. We need to mix 100 grams of products such as:

  • Hard cheese;
  • a tomato;
  • cucumber;
  • Chicken smoked ham.

Add to the shredded ingredients 2 packets of shop croissants (1 packet = 30 grams). We fill up an easy-to-prepare salad with seasonings and mayonnaise, and take a sample! If the dish is served to the table later, pour the croutons into the salad immediately before serving. Then they will not soften and it will be nice to crunch.

Meat, vegetables and exquisite sauce

But this salad is very refined and "very masculine", because it is made from meat and has a sharp filling. So your second half will agree that it is a hearty salad, and you will dine with a delicious dish! Prepare:

  • Veal (0.5 kg);
  • Cherry tomatoes (8 pieces);
  • Red onions (1 piece);
  • Rukul (1 bundle);
  • Lettuce leaves (200 grams);
  • Mustard (0.5 tablespoon);
  • Honey (6 tablespoons);
  • olive oil;
  • Lemon (0.5 part);
  • Black pepper powder;
  • Fine salt.

Tomatoes cut in half and mix in a salad bowl with chopped lettuce leaves and arugula. Add the onion with a thin half-ring. Pour into the salad bowl oil, mustard and squeezed out lemon juice. Pepper, salt and mix. Now let's take care of the meat. Veal should be cut into small pieces and fry in hot oil until cooked. Meat can be seasoned not only with salt and pepper, but with spices (for example, ziri or cumin). Prepared salad we lay out on plates and from above we spread juicy meat.
