As a rule, the work of private individuals is no different from employment in large organizations. You need to have a work book (if you do not have one). Next, you need to go through a medical commission (when you put it into a grocery store or on production, for example, dairy products it is mandatory). The application for employment is then filled in. And on this whole procedure of employment, in fact, ends. The entrepreneur, in turn, submits to the Pension Fund and the tax office the relevant papers about your employment. He will transfer the tax deduction and pension payments to you independently (without your participation).

The options that the private person offers are usually not very diverse. Most often, these are vacancies for the seller, worker, driver.

When applying for a job with an individual, pay attention to the correct paperwork on your receipt. In most cases, in order not to pay extra tax deductions, entrepreneurs do not formalize employees. This leads to the fact that a person, having income, does not pay taxes to the state. And such actions entail civil or criminal liability.
