Mix Adzhika with mayonnaise and spread the mixture on the outside and inside the chicken. Then take the bird to the refrigerator for about an hour. This will make it juicy and tender.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Finely chop parsley and dill. Stir greens and potatoes, add in them a small amount of mayonnaise, garlic, pepper and salt. Thoroughly mix everything.

When the hour has passed for the chicken to remain in the refrigerator, remove it and stuff it with potatoes. Now you can wrap the bird in foil. It will be better if you stack it in several layers.

Put the chicken into the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. The cooking time is one and a half to two hours. If you understand that the chicken is completely ready, do not rush it right away. Let it a small amount of time stand and be impregnated with the juice formed during cooking.

Serve the dish best, surrounded it with fresh vegetables.

Chicken in foil: the recipe of the second

This dish is clearly marked by Italian notes: basil, mozzarella, tomatoes and zucchini. With all this, the cooking time is 10 minutes. The rest of the time to work for you will be the oven.

If you need a light dinner, you can even do without a side dish. If it is still necessary, the paste or rice is ideal. When baking chicken , a small amount of juice is allocated, which makes the dish even more tasty.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Slice about a centimeter slice of young squash. If you have large tomatoes, cut them also in slices, and cherry in half.

Ingredients:

- 800 grams of chicken breast;

- 200 grams of mozzarella;

- half a teaspoon of salt;

- half a teaspoon of black pepper;

- 20 grams of fresh basil;

- 40 grams of olive oil.

Preparation

Place a few tomatoes and zucchini on a large sheet of foil. All pepper, salt and sprinkle with basil finely chopped. Make quite deep incisions in the chicken fillet (a little obliquely). In each of them, shove a piece of mozzarella.

When the fillets are prepared in this way, the chicken in the foil "leaves" at the most interesting stage. Put it on the vegetables from above, pepper again, salt and sprinkle with basil. You can pour a small amount of olive oil on top.

Tightly wrap the foil so that loose ends are connected. Put these "kulechki" in a preheated oven for half an hour. While chicken and vegetables are baked, cook a side dish.

Ingredients:

- one chicken;
