Spanish paella from shrimps, chicken fillet and beans

For this dish you will need:

  • Tomatoes (or tomatoes in their own juice) - 1 pot;
  • Shrimp - a few pieces of large or 300 g of ordinary;
  • Chicken broth - 300 ml;
  • olive oil;
  • Beans and peppers;
  • Paprika and saffron;
  • Garlic and onions;
  • Legs and chicken fillets;
  • Rice - 300-400 g.

How to cook paella

Prepare a paella is easy. But sometimes you want to invent something special, such that the taste of the dish was remembered for a long time, and he wanted to savor again and again. Therefore, today we are not looking for easy ways, but preparing a paella for connoisseurs and gourmets. The first thing to mention is shrimp. For a special smell, take not an ordinary seafood, but shrimp carabinieri. Remove the shell and fry it in oil. He will give the oil a reddish shade and incomparable aroma. After that, save in shredded garlic and onion oil.

It is best to cook paella on a living fire. If you have gas, the burner must have several rings to distribute the heating evenly. If this is not the case, the position will be saved by a thick cast-iron or copper frying pan and a divider.

Paella: the next stages of cooking

Getting chicken soup is easy. Boil it in the legs and the frame of the bird (if you cut the fillet from the whole chicken). Fry the legs in onion-garlic oil. Tomatoes (if you do not use tomatoes in your own juice), scald and remove the skin. Cut the pulp and add to the meat. Remove the septa and seeds from the pepper. Chop and cast to the rest of the food. Now cut the chicken fillets, beans. Salt and sprinkle with paprika. Once everything is fried, add broth. Just do not use cubes: they never taste like real chicken broth! And if you add carrots, bulbs, bay leaves, a few cloves of carnation to it, then it can be served as an independent dish, without additional ingredients. Advice: that the broth turned out to be saturated, cook it in a small amount of water. An important touch is saffron. It must be grinded with salt, pour boiling water, let it brew and pour into the paella. Now turn the rice. Please note that it should be less than the broth. They fell asleep, smoothed out, put out a moderate fire and did not touch it any more. After 10-15 minutes, it will appear on the surface.

Once the broth starts to boil, spread the shrimps on the surface, slightly drowning them in rice. A few more minutes and paella will be ready. As soon as the rice is swollen and softened, the pan should be removed from the heat and put in the bottom in cold water or on a wet napkin folded in several layers.

What else can you cook with chicken fillet?

Recipes with photos are a handy thing. You have the opportunity to see how the dish should look ready. Chicken fillet can be used for shish kebab at home on wooden skewers. Marinate meat in sour cream, soy sauce and mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients, add spices to taste. Cut the meat into pieces, put in a marinade. The fillet quickly marinated, enough 1-2 hours. After this, string the pieces into skewers and put them either on a grill pan or on an air grill grate. You can use a simple frying pan - fry the sticks on all sides. Serve with herbs, vegetables and rice.
