Cranberry sauce "Classic". To make it, you will need a glass of washed cranberries, one hundred grams of orange juice and a little (1/3 cup) of sugar. Put all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cook for ten minutes. As a result, some berries break, and some remain intact. Wipe the mixture is not necessary. You can serve it both hot and chilled.

Cranberry sauce "Spicy". It should be prepared in the same way as in the previous recipe. But five minutes before the readiness to add a shredded garlic slice, finely grated nutmeg and a small spoonful of any herbs to the pan . It turns out a piquant and very refined taste.

Cranberry sauce "To the duck". For the recipe you need a half a kilogram of berries, 3/4 cup sugar, lemon, two hundred grams of port and the same amount of orange juice with zest. It turns out a thick and fragrant sauce, which is ideal for a duck, baked meat (veal, pork) and poultry (chicken, turkey, goose), as well as grilled cheese (Bree, Camembert). It can be used in the preparation of a sweet dish (pies, mafins, cheese cakes).

Cranberry sauce "For the winter". For the recipe, one and a half kilograms of fresh cranberries, four small chopped onions, a kilo of sugar, half a liter of diluted vinegar, a half a liter of salt, a little chopped garlic, cinnamon, sweet pepper, celery, and a small spoonful of black pepper. Now you can start cooking.

Put the onions and cranberries in a saucepan, add half a liter of water. Bring the mixture to a boiling state, close the lid and boil for about ten minutes, so that the cranberries become soft. You will get a puree, which must be mixed thoroughly with a blender. Then add all the other ingredients to the pan, bring the sauce to a boil. Then open the lid and cook for half an hour until the mixture has a consistency of thick ketchup. It must be borne in mind that the sauce can burn, so it is recommended to constantly mix it. Remove from heat, clean foam with a clean spoon. Ready sauce pour over hot sterilized jars, leaving a centimeter of space on top. Then cover with lids, pasteurize in a water bath for five minutes. Cork and put in storage in a dark and cool place.

Cranberry sauce with ginger. To make it, you need half a kilogram of frozen or fresh berries, one and a half glasses of sugar, a large spoon of chopped ginger and a hundred grams of sherry from sherry. Let's start cooking. In a saucepan mix sugar, cranberries, two large spoons of water, ginger. Put on fire, bring to a boiling state and boil for fifteen minutes. The sauce should become thick. Then turn off the fire, add the vinegar, mix and cool.
