Main watermelon diet can be maintained for 3-5 days. A more acceptable option is a diet on watermelons and black bread: each meal is added to 1-2 of its piece (up to 200 grams). In particular, such a variant of kidney cleansing is offered by the famous folk healer Nadezhda Semenova. The duration of such a diet should be at least 7 days. Those who adhere to this version of her, Semenova also recommends a watermelon in a warm bath at about three in the morning (the time when the kidneys work most actively), thus relaxing the urinary system and removing sand from it.
