The dietary product differs from all the others not in that it contains less calories, but in that it is intended for people with any diseases. Dietology is built on the desire to competently select such a diet, from which there would be therapeutic benefit. Initially, after all, various diets were developed not for weight loss, but for healing. It turns out that a dietary product is, first of all, a medical product. However, many of them are successfully included in the diet of those whose goal is to lose weight.

The diet for weight loss is made up of foods that contain a minimum of sugar, fat, salt and pepper. If you want to lose weight, exclude from the diet sweet fizzy drinks (these are useless calories that settle down in the body solely as fat). A wonderful dietary product is a fish that contains many amino acids and Omega-3. It is also useful to include in the daily diet greens, citruses, olive oil. Every day, eat light soups (vegetable, okroshka). In any amount you can eat lean meat and fish, such as chicken, pike (but not fried or smoked), low-fat dairy products, fresh vegetables, sweet and sour fruit (help to cleanse the intestines, they contain antioxidants). Carbohydrates. Without them, there can be no adequate nutrition. Dietary products are beets, dried fruits, kiwi, pumpkin, cabbage, carrots, pineapples, apples, pears, celery, raspberries. Macaroni can only eat solid varieties. They do not lead to completeness.

Beverages. Among them, too, there are dietary products, the list of which I would like to start with low-fat kefir, ayran, broth of wild rose, pineapple juice and green tea, and continue with special protein cocktails for weight loss.

Fight against premature aging and low-calorie foods such as pomegranates, red cabbage, grapes, any salad greens, red onions, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli.
