How to cook chicken roll with prunes?

Such a roll can become both your everyday dish and festive. And to cook it is very simple. To do this, take 550-600 grams of chicken fillet, two tablespoons gelatin tablets, a little pepper ground black, a little salt, two cloves of garlic, 150 grams of prunes without pits.

Wash the chicken fillet with a paper towel or napkin. Slice it with thin, but wide plates, carefully cut off from both sides.
Lay out the food film and place a beaten fillet on it in a uniform layer so that there are no gaps. Then season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with gelatin.

Then rinsed prunes cut into three or four pieces, lay it on chicken fillets, distributing evenly. Sprinkle with chopped garlic.

Now roll the fillet into a roll and wrap it in a food film. Tie it in threads and place in a saucepan with boiling water.

So cook for thirty-five minutes from the moment the water boils.

How to make a roll of chicken, eggs and beans?

So, make a layer of chicken-bean:

Pre-boiled small chicken breast cool in the broth, and then remove the skin and remove the bones. Finely chop the onion and pour it with vinegar.

With the canned beans drain all liquid, rinse it thoroughly in boiled or filtered water and drain.

Meat chicken breast and beans pass through the meat grinder. Drain the onion vinegar and put it in chicken-bean minced meat. Stir well.

Now add a little sour cream or mayonnaise (the mass should be not liquid, but plastic). Salt on your own.

Make an egg layer:

Cook the boiled eggs on a small grater. Then add sour cream or mayonnaise. Do not forget to salt. For a more bright color, add turmeric, and for flavor - garlic (passed through the press).

We collect the roll:

On a flat surface, spread a piece of foil or food film.
Put the mass of chicken and beans and smooth it into a thin layer.
Lay a uniform strip of egg mass in the center of the layer.
When lifting the ends of the film or foil, wrap the chicken mass around the egg mass.
Tightly wrap the roll in film or foil.
Now grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle one third of your cheese on the foil sheet (the length should be equal to the length of the roll).
After releasing the roll from the film, put it on the cheese.
On the sides and on top, roll the roll with the cheese that remained, and densely apply it.

Roll of chicken with pears

Take six pieces of chicken fillet, sixteen strips of bacon, 75 ml of chicken broth, one onion, four pears, one egg, 50 grams of butter, a little juice of lemon and salt, some couscous (small grains of semolina).
Sprinkle couscous into the saucepan and fill it with boiling chicken broth. Cover and let it rest for five minutes. Peel the onion and chop it in a blender. Pear carefully and cut into large cubes (carving out the cores).

Melt twenty-five grams of butter in a skillet, add the chopped onion and fry for about four minutes. Add the chopped pears to the onions, make the fire smaller and so cook, stirring constantly, for about five minutes. Now add couscous to pears with onions.

Eggs pepper and salt, add to them the juice squeezed out of lemon. Pour the resulting mass into fully prepared pears.

Then beat the chicken fillets. After that, they should be one centimeter thick. Lay the bacon so that the edges of one piece go to the edge of the next. Put the chicken fillets on top, then the stuffing from the pears (everything should be evenly).

Fold tightly into the roll and let it stand in the fridge for two hours. Now, preheat the oven (180 degrees) and bake the roll for half an hour. Then remove it, grease with the remaining oil, and bake for another half an hour. Chicken roll is ready!
