  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. With three chicken breasts remove the bones and skin and cut them in half to get 6 pieces of fillets.
  3. Grate the chicken with salt and pepper, put it in a large form, cover it with foil on top and send it to the oven for 20 minutes.
  4. At this time in the saucepan, melt the butter (3 tablespoons), add flour (2 tablespoons) to it. Fry all together until golden brown, and then gradually pour in the milk (¾ cup). Cook the sauce for about 5 minutes until it becomes thick.
