Almost all milk puddings require the use of gelatin. After all, it is thanks to this component that the dessert can take the form prescribed to it and preserve it right up to consumption. Thus, the mentioned product must be poured with boiled water and left for swelling for 40-55 minutes.

While gelatin swells, one should start preparing the bulk of the future pudding. To do this, in a small pot you need to pour about 400 ml of fresh country milk, and then pour fine sugar. Next to the products should be added vanillin and swollen gelatin. All the ingredients must be mixed with a spoon and put on a very weak fire. It is desirable to heat them not to boil, but until the granulated sugar completely dissolves.

Now you know how to make milk chocolate with pudding. Once you have a dark liquid and a uniform mass, it must be combined with the swollen gelatin, and then mix thoroughly with a mixer and pour into beautiful molds, which must be pre-greased with vegetable fat.
