The easiest way to prepare the ventricles is as follows: for 700 grams of gutted chicken stomachs you will need only two onions and salt with pepper. Stomach boil until cooked, putting in a saucepan half a bulb and a little pepper. Then the water is drained, and the stomachs are poured into a skillet with preheated oil. There also lay out the remaining one and a half bulbs, cut either finely, or semirings, as you please. Prisalivaem, fry from all sides until golden brown. That's it, a delicious chicken stomach is ready . The recipe is simple, is not it? Cook it with mashed potatoes, sprinkle all this beauty with greens and enjoy.

And now more complicated way how to cook chicken stomach. This recipe includes dried mushrooms, sour cream and vegetables. So, for 300 grams of stomachs we take 200 g of mushrooms, one carrot, tomato and onion, two cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, a glass of water and finely chopped dill and grated cheese. Purified and washed ventricles are boiled for an hour in salted water. After that, they are washed again and cut into strips. Mushrooms are also first to be soaked, boiled and chopped. Carrots worn on a large grater, and diced onions fry in oil until the onion is soft. Then we put the tomato cut into cubes into the frying pan and all together we extinguish several minutes. Next, all the already finished components are mixed and laid out on pots.

Sour cream is bred with a glass of warm water and also poured into pots. We send the pots for half an hour in the oven, then take it out, sprinkle with grated cheese, close tightly with lids and leave it for ten minutes so that the cheese melts a little. Then you can sprinkle with dill.

And this is not all that can be cooked using a chicken stomach. The recipe for soup from it you might also like. So, 300 g of stomachs pour two liters of water and cook. At this time finely chop 100 g carrots and 70 g onions. Fry them in a skillet with vegetable oil. Peel and cut into cubes 150 g of potatoes and along with the roast, send to boiling broth. Of course, salt the dish and pepper. Soup should be cooked until the stomach and potatoes are ready. When there are five minutes left until the end of cooking, throw a laurel leaf into the soup.
