A simple recipe for wet apples at home
For cooking, you can use a barrel or a wooden tub, and if you do not have them, just take a few 3 liter cans. You need 6 kilograms of apples:
200 g of granulated sugar; - 50 g of table salt;

When the liquid is absorbed, the bowl needs to be put on top (this can be a wooden circle or an ordinary inverted plate on which a jar of water should be placed on top) and placed in a warm room. In a few days the apples will start to wander. Remove the foam formed on the surface. After the fruit, you can expand into sterilized 3 liter cans, close the lids and put them in a dark cool place. Canned food will be ready in about 1 month. The recipe for wet apples at home can be changed a little and adding other ingredients to taste, for example honey or cinnamon, a handful of cranberries or cranberries. Recipe for wet apples with honey

- 100 g of table salt.
In a tub or on the banks tightly put the apples and pour the brine: for him, boil the specified amount of water, add honey and salt. Before pouring into cans, the liquid needs to cool a little. And now, as in the previous recipe, put the fruit bowl in a warm place first, and when the apples begin to wander, remove the foam from the surface and top up the brine. After 3-4 days, close the lids and put them in a cold place. Delicious fruit will be completely ready in a couple of months.
