How to cook a pear cake?

Pears outperform apples, they are more useful and incredibly aromatic. During the ripening season, the pears are very juicy and tender. Preparation of various pears from pears is quite simple, pears can be replaced with other fruits, such as bananas, apples or peaches. However, it is the pear cake that is most delicious.

Pear cake.

To prepare this pie, we will need:

  • Some honey, about 50 g;
  • Sugar, about a glass;
  • Polenta 130 g;
  • A pack of butter;
  • Four large eggs;
  • Flour, baking powder;
  • Kilogram of pears and a peel of two lemons.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Carefully wash the pears, remove the core and cut them into cubes.

In a deep frying pan, melt the butter (80 grams), add honey to it and stir constantly, prepare it for caramel formation. Then add the pears into the pan, mix well and stew for about four minutes.

The remainder of the butter is whipped with sugar and injected into it one by one eggs. Do not stop whipping, add a little flour, baking powder and polenta. When the dough is homogeneous, add pears and lemon peel, mix.

The form for baking is covered with parchment paper and we put dough into it, bake for about an hour and a half.

Apple-pear cake.

Composition:

  • Half-cups of butter;
  • a glass of flour;
  • Two spoons of 20% sour cream;
  • Baking powder, vanilla, lemon juice;
  • One apple;
  • Two pears;
  • Sugar, about a glass;
  • egg;
  • flour.

Preparation:

First we will melt the butter, cool it. Then add flour, baking powder and sour cream to it. We knead the dough, then roll it into the layer.

The bottom of the baking dish is covered with parchment paper, its sides are greased with butter. Then spread the dough into a mold and make the sides, about three centimeters.

We peel apples and pears from the peel and bones, thinly sliced and poured with lemon juice. Then put it on the dough.

We beat the sour cream with sugar, one egg, two glasses of flour and vanilla. The resulting mixture is filled with fruit.

Bake approximately fifty minutes at 180 degrees. Cool the pie without spreading it out of the baking dish. Then put it into a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Banana-pear cake. The recipe for multivark.

Composition:

  • Three large eggs;
  • One multistaken sugar;
  • Two multistage flour;
  • Vanillin, chocolate, baking powder;
  • Four spoons of sour cream;
  • Two bananas and one pear.

Preparation of banana-pear pie in the multivarke, we begin with beating eggs with sugar until the formation of a lush mass. Then add vanillin, baking powder, flour and sour cream, all whisk again. Banana and pear cut into pieces, add the dough and gently mix.

We put the cake on the dish and prepare the cream for it. To do this, mash the banana, add sour cream and powdered sugar and mix everything well. Cool the cake with the resulting cream and sprinkle over grated chocolate (to taste: either milk or bitter).
