Salads puff for every taste

I really like salads. Especially salads puff. In my opinion, they have a more balanced taste, because the products do not mix in them, but, being layered, allow one to feel the aroma of each individually, and then the bouquet as a whole. In addition, they look very beautiful on the table. Many of my friends often like puff pastry called vegetable or meat cakes. In appearance they really remind these confectionery products.

One of the most common, known layered salads - herring under a fur coat. Each landlady has his own recipe. In my family most of all they like herring under a fur coat with apples and green peas. I prepare it so. At the bottom of a beautiful dish, spread a thin layer of finely chopped boiled potatoes. Lightly moisturize it with mayonnaise, mixed with a blended apple. This filling gives the dish a delicate aroma, pleasant sourness. I sprinkle it with finely chopped onions, sprinkle it lightly with vinegar. From above - herring, again onions. I like to have a layer of herring more, but every housewife, when preparing salads puff, independently decides what thickness each layer will have. All the other products I pre-mix with the dressing, and then spread on the herring cake: so it is better soaked, and the dressing does not flow. The layers go in this order: on the herring I place grated eggs with cheese and ordinary mayonnaise, then carrots. I like raw, rub it on a very small grater, mixing with mayonnaise and a fresh apple. Then the green peas with the usual mayonnaise, from above - beets boiled with apple mayonnaise. I decorate everything with petals of carrots, beets, peas. It looks very much like a cake.

Very often I cook vegan puff pastry with beets. It is hearty, useful, and there are not enough calories in it. Just like in herring under a fur coat, I first mix vegetables with mayonnaise, and then form layers. You can go another way: cover each layer with a net of mayonnaise. An important detail: to create salads puff is needed from pre-chilled vegetables, otherwise they will quickly "sour".

Vegetarian salad with beets consists of such layers: beetroot with garlic and mayonnaise, raw carrots with an apple, a very thin layer of raisins, again beets with garlic. The final layer is prunes cut into strips. This cake should stand for a while, so that the mayonnaise and vegetable juices are evenly distributed. Keep it long, too, is not recommended.

Of the more satisfying dishes my family prefers a layered salad from the liver, which I cook according to the prescription that came to me from my grandmother. We eat with pleasure.

The first and last layer in this salad is a mashed boiled liver. For the first layer, I mix it with the crushed egg. Then everything is in this order: raw carrots (many prefer boiled, it's a matter of taste), mushrooms, fried with onions, a layer of hard cheese, again a liver with an egg. You need to carefully monitor the amount of mayonnaise. If it is not enough, the salad will remain dry, if a lot - will flow. That's why I pre-mix products with mayonnaise, and then connect them.

You can cook another layer of salad. I like his delicate taste. Required:

  • chicken breast;
  • Carrots boiled or raw;
  • an Apple;
  • The cheese is solid sweetish;
  • avocado;
  • Eggs of chicken;
  • a pineapple;
  • garlic;
  • pepper;
  • salt.

As in previous recipes, first grind and mix with mayonnaise and garlic all the ingredients. The order of "assembly" is as follows: half of the chicken - carrots - apple - cheese - avocado - chicken - eggs - again carrots - pineapple. The amount of pepper and garlic depends solely on the taste preferences of the hostess.

In general, a layered salad can be made from anything. Even for everyone, the usual Olivier begins to "sound" in a new way, if it is not mixed in a bowl, but served in the form of a puff cake. Try it, you will definitely find the recipe that will become your skate.
