Signs of hemorrhoids and their productive elimination

Hemorrhoids - this is a common diagnosis, which is today put almost every second pregnant woman. In this difficult period, her body is significantly weakened, and also prone to infection with all sorts of infections, but here the productive treatment is of a purely individual nature, since not all medicines are permissible for use during lactation and pregnancy.

To begin with, we explain that hemorrhoids are the widening of the veins of the anus and the last section of the rectum, accompanied by characteristic features. If we talk about the dynamics of this pathological process, it is important to clarify that the main cause of the anomaly is the vertical position of the potential patient, resulting in venous blood flowing backwards, from the bottom up, contributing to the formation of stagnation in the lower part of the trunk and extremities. Stagnation can also significantly increase with malnutrition or sedentary lifestyle, completely disrupting the digestive process. These pathogenic factors also refer to the etiology of hemorrhoids.

In addition, also do not exclude the predisposing moment that a pregnant woman has a regular pressure of the enlarged uterus on the lower abdomen, which significantly compresses the veins, and also dominates the systematic constipation caused by a decreased motor activity of the intestine.

There is a conventional pattern: the larger the fetus, the more hemorrhoids. In later pregnancy, the signs of hemorrhoids become obvious: in healthy women, for example, hemorrhoids dominate in the second half of pregnancy, but if the disease worsened earlier, during the gestation period, it may appear at the end of the first trimester.

Signs of hemorrhoids in pregnancy are both acute and chronic, but if in the first case it is a sudden formation of a clot in the veins of the rectum, the chronic hemorrhoids has different causes. In acute form, hemorrhoid symptoms are accompanied by the formation of painful visual nodes up to 3 cm in diameter, and the pain is especially noticeable after defecation. There is also redness, cyanosis and swelling of the new growth.

However, after a week, acute signs of hemorrhoids subsided, growing into a chronic form, characterized by prolapsed hemorrhoidal nodes during diffraction, accompanied by bleeding, itching and pain sensations in the characteristic area.

Signs of hemorrhoids must be treated in a timely manner, otherwise the pathology threatens with significant complications in the form of progression of thrombophlebitis, purulent inflammation of soft surrounding tissues and necrosis.

However, very often the problem disappears on its own after the birth of the child, but there are also opposite clinical pictures, when the signs of hemorrhoids after the birth prevail . The pathology begins sharply, accompanied by burning, itching, pain syndrome, and later bleeding after diffraction. Soon the nodes begin to coalesce and fall out, causing cracks in the anus.

Either way, hemorrhoids require immediate treatment, and it is important to understand that the treatment regimen should be recommended only by a knowledgeable specialist, so that for the lactating and pregnant women the intake of medicines is strictly limited.

So, doctors recommend to observe the correct diet, including in the usual diet of coarse fiber, thus preventing constipation; Adhere to the rules of personal hygiene; Walk in the fresh air and perform exercises of physiotherapy. At exacerbations the expert appoints reception of special candles and ointments of mainly a phytogenesis. In general, the forecast is very favorable.
