Salad "Gentle": recommendations and options for cooking

Salad "Gentle" has several options for cooking, both meat and fish. But to get a soft structure and consistency, you will need to observe several rules:

  • Ingredients are not recommended to cut into pieces or cubes, but only finely chopped;
  • Onions must be ground in a blender and pour boiling water. Leave it for ten minutes, and then drain and wring out;
  • Salad must contain boiled eggs, preferably add only one protein, and yolks for decoration;
  • For filling it is recommended to mix in equal proportions mayonnaise and sour cream, or use classical yogurt.

Salad "Tenderness" is classic. Boil two hundred and fifty grams of breast, cool and finely chop. Proteins of five eggs are grated, and yolks are ground with a fork. Cut two hundred grams of champignons into the same plates and fry in vegetable oil. A can of canned pineapples can be cut into the same cubes. Now we begin to lay the salad. At the bottom place the chicken, and on the bow. Lubricate with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Then lay the ingredients in the following sequence: egg whites - sauce - mushrooms - sauce - yolks - sauce - cubes of pineapples. You can make a layered salad "Gentle". "Delicate" salad with salmon. To make it, you need to boil five medium potato tubers, cool and cut into a very small cube. 4 chicken eggs boil, remove the yolks, and squirrels grate large. Three hundred grams of slightly salted salmon is divided into two parts. Cut into half a cube. Mix all the ingredients, add a little onions to them and season with mayonnaise. Then put in a deep salad bowl and sprinkle with chopped egg yolks. The remaining salmon is cut into long plates and spread over the surface in the form of an octopus. It turns out very tasty and appetizing dish.

Salad "Gentle" with canned. Knead the saury with a fork very finely. Lay the fish on a flat plate, sprinkle on top with scalded onions and grease half a pack of butter. Next, we put a glass of boiled rice, put a mesh of mayonnaise and sprinkle it on top with finely chopped eggs (three pieces). It turns out an original and soft dish. If desired, you can make a layer of plates of fried mushrooms.

Salad "Gentle" with walnuts. Two hundred grams of chicken fillet cut into small cubes and fry together with chopped onion until ready. Boil six eggs: squirrels grate large, and yolks - very, very small. Two hundred grams of champignons to boil entirely, drain and chop. A small piece of cheese (100 grams) finely grate. Mix all the ingredients with fat mayonnaise, lay in a deep salad bowl and sprinkle with ground kernels of walnuts. If desired, this salad can be laid in layers in the following sequence: chicken - egg whites - champignons - cheese - yolks. All layers must be smeared with sauce. Then sprinkle with nuts.

The proposed recipes can be upgraded by adding olives, fresh vegetables and greens.
