The brightest salad with Bulgarian pepper can be prepared using its multi-colored pods for this. Just cut the yellow, purple, green, black, red, orange Bulgarian sweet pepper into small pieces, sprinkle it all with lemon juice, lightly seasoning, seasoning with your favorite spices and olive oil. This salad with sweet pepper is cooked extremely quickly. He is very nutritious and useful.

You can prepare a salad from this vegetable with the addition of fresh tomatoes. Mine and peel the pepper (three hundred grams), removing his stem and seeds from the inside. Now we send it for a short while (4-5 minutes) into the oven for baking. We remove the baked Bulgarian pepper from the skin and cut into strips. Tomatoes (three hundred grams) are cut into slices, fifty grams of onions are cut into rings, and we squeeze garlic finely or three on grater. We combine all the listed ingredients, salt. Now it remains only to sprinkle a salad of pepper and tomatoes with lemon juice (ten milliliters), pour it with vegetable oil (fifty milliliters) and decorate with chopped greens on top.

If you like seafood, then I suggest you prepare a salad with paprika and prawns. In addition to them, you can add pineapple to the salad, and fill it with hand-made dressing from lemon juice and olive oil (or balsamic vinegar). Then he will also become dietary. We cut pineapple into two halves and make boats out of them, cutting out all the flesh. In a salad bowl we put sweet Bulgarian pepper, diced, finely chopped pineapple pulp and peeled shrimps. Lightly salt everything and pour a prepared sauce of vegetable oil and lemon juice. After mixing, we spread the salad with paprika and prawns on pineapple "boats". We decorate on top with leaves of lettuce, king prawns and lemon rings. By the way, from these rings it is possible to make a sail over the pineapple "boat". For this salad, you will need four hundred grams of shrimp, one pineapple, two pods of sweet pepper, and a bunch of leaf lettuce. If none of your family is on a diet, this salad can be filled with mayonnaise.

It is very tasty and nutritious salad with pepper and cheese, in which you can also add fresh cucumber, Peking cabbage and even chicken boiled fillet. Try to do it somehow for your family, and who knows, maybe this salad will become one of your favorite family meals.

Sweet pepper Bulgarian (two pods: one yellow, one red) and chicken fillet boiled (seven hundred grams) are cut into cubes. Cucumber (three hundred grams) is peeled and cut into a crescent shape. From Peking cabbage (kilogram), cut out all the thick veins, and then cut it into large pieces. Everything - the ingredients of the salad are ready for mixing. Mix them, sprinkle with grated hard cheese (twenty grams) and mix again. For the sauce, take two tablespoons of mustard, twenty grams of hard cheese like Parmesan, two tablespoons of vodka, a little pepper black and salt, and four hundred grams of thick mayonnaise. Whisk all the ingredients of the sauce until smooth and fill the resulting dressing with our salad with pepper and cheese. Especially tasty this salad with white croutons.

Pepper is a sweet and light vegetable before that any dish with it will have a rich color and a peculiar taste.
