Salad from kohlrabi: recipe with cucumber and green peas
- 400 g of kohlrabi cabbage;
- A couple of fresh medium-sized cucumbers;
- Half a can of green peas;
- Mayonnaise, sour cream or natural yoghurt for refueling, salt, spices.
Cabbage and cucumbers wash, the latter must be peeled off, and grate on a large grater. Peas mixed with vegetables in a deep salad bowl. Salad with kohlrabi and egg is prepared very simply: grate the cabbage on a grater, add the chopped peppers, grated carrots and stalks of celery, and also chopped onion rings. Delicious salad of kohlrabi: recipe with meat
- 1 boiled chicken breast;
- 1 small head of kohlrabi;
- Half a red sweet pepper;
- 1 salted cucumber;
- Mayonnaise or sour cream for refueling, salt, fresh green onions and spices.
Chicken, kohlrabi and red pepper cut into thin strips, chop the green onion finely, and chop the cucumber into circles. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with yogurt, sour cream or mayonnaise, sprinkle with spices.
