Forest mushroom meadow - a salad, as a work of culinary art

A festive table should have some "zest". And this delicious dish can become a "mushroom meadow", a salad that does not leave anyone indifferent. In addition to its luxurious design, it also has an unusually pleasant taste.

How to prepare salad "Forest Glade"?

First of all, decide how much time you are willing to spend on cooking this great dish. There are two options for cooking, depending on how the mushrooms appear on the meadow:

• Salad layered on a plate and at the end decorate the top, sticking the mushrooms in random order.

• The salad is prepared in a more complicated way, when the layers are formed in the reverse order, starting with pickled mushrooms placed downwards in a deep round bowl or saucepan.

Both of these methods have the right to life, and, as the experienced housewives say, they always work very well. But the second method is accompanied, as a rule, by some experiences on the topic: "Will this or that time be a mushroom meadow? Will the salad be able to safely separate from the walls of the mold? Will its integrity be affected and will the appearance not suffer? ".

If you do not know the fear in the kitchen, then try the second option - it's more unusual and brings more delight in the cooking process.

But in case you prefer proven and reliable technology, then follow the first method of preparation. Prepare the salad in the end with greens and mushrooms. You will get a real mushroom glade!

Salad will be very tasty, if you pre-prepare for the case.

• Boil potatoes in a uniform (2-3 potatoes).

• Boil the carrots (2 medium sized carrots).

• Boil the chicken meat (about 200-300 g).

• Boil the eggs (10 pieces), peel them and separate the proteins from the yolks.

• Grate the cheese on a grater (about 300 g).

• Slice greens: parsley, dill, green onion.

• Wash the leaves of the green salad. Greenery will be needed to make the salad turn out like a real mushroom meadow.

• Salad very well in tune with pickled cucumbers - take a couple of pieces and grate them. If a lot of fluid is released, then gently squeeze the cucumber mass.

• Open the jar with marinated mushrooms. It can be whole champignons or any other dense mushrooms.

• Cook the mayonnaise.

How is the "Mushroom Glade" going?

Lettuce begins with the preparation of dishes: the bottom of a deep bowl is covered with a food film or lightly greased with refined vegetable oil. Although, according to some culinary experts, this is not necessary - usually the prepared salad is well separated from the walls of the dishes.

Tightly close to each other we lay marinated mushrooms on the bottom of the dishes, not forgetting to turn them down with their hats. We fall asleep a layer of mushrooms with parsley, onions and dill. You need to do this carefully and carefully, you can lightly tamp down, not allowing the mushrooms to roll over. All the legs should be covered with greens - this will affect the appearance of the finished salad.

We put a mayonnaise mesh, but very carefully. If the mayonnaise is liquid, then a large amount of it may lead to the fact that the fungi spread, and this can not be tolerated. Then alternate:

  • Layer of grated egg white and mayonnaise;
  • Grated carrots and a mesh of mayonnaise;
  • Grated potatoes plus mayonnaise;
  • Grated pickled cucumbers and mayonnaise (a little);
  • Hard grated cheese and mayonnaise mesh;
  • Egg yolk, grated, plus mayonnaise.

The last will be a layer of chicken, cut into strips or cubes. Lubricate everything with mayonnaise and put in the fridge - so that the "Mushroom glade" soaked well. Salad cover with a wide flat plate and quickly, but very carefully turn upside down. Flatten the sides and lay the leaves of the green salad around the perimeter of the dish.

You will see that such a nice dish does not need any additional decorations.
