First you need to prepare all the ingredients. Boil the pork and cut into thin strips. On vegetable oil fry finely chopped mushrooms. Onions are cut into a quarter of rings and fried in vegetable oil. Boiled eggs cool and grind. Cucumbers, too, cut into strips. Then all the ingredients are mixed, poured with mayonnaise and spread on a plate in the form of a nest.

Peeled potatoes should be grinded on a grater of Berner in the form of thin straws and fry on high heat, gently turning over so that the straw does not break. Grated for Korean carrots, too, will do. Potatoes must be salted at the end of frying. When the potatoes cool, it needs to be placed around the edges of the nest.
