Salad with bacon

A hearty holiday version of a salad with the addition of kohlrabi is easy to prepare. You will need grams of 200 cabbage, 100 g of low-fat bacon, carrots (200 g), 2 tablespoons of sour cream and a little cumin (you can use seeds or ground spices). First bacon is cut into cubes. They are fried in a frying pan. At the same time, you do not need to add any oil. Fine kraft pulp crumbs and carrots are ground. The prepared vegetables are blanched for several minutes in boiling water. Then mix vegetables, bacon and cumin. The original salad is filled with a couple of spoons of sour cream.

Korean kohlrabi salad

To prepare an unusual Chinese salad with unusual cabbage, the following ingredients will be needed:

Extremely delicious is a dish of cabbage, cheese and walnuts. In this case, the recipe is very simple. It will take only 2 curds (fused), kohlrabi, carrot, apple (best green), a handful of walnuts, a few cloves of garlic and mayonnaise for refueling.

Quickly rubbed on a grater of cabbage, an apple, carrots and specially frozen curds. Nuts are ground in a blender and poured into a salad bowl. There also gets squeezed garlic. Peanut salad

You can cook from kohlrabi original dish with the addition of other nuts - peanuts. For such a salad you need to prepare:

  • 100 g of nuts (peanuts);
  • 3 tablespoons mustard (in the form of seeds);
  • 3 tablespoons of oil (preferably olive).

Kohlrabi needs to be cleaned and rubbed. Also come with apple and carrots. Then peanuts and lemon juice enter the salad. Mustard seeds are fried properly in oil, and a salad is poured in this sauce. A fragrant dish can be served to the table.

Salad with kohlrabi with condensed milk

An unusual taste is obtained with a fresh and rather light salad, which is sure to fall in love with the children. To create it, you need to take kohlrabi (250 grams), a little sweet pepper, a couple tomatoes, 100 g carrots and as much celery, and also condensed milk. Very quickly chopped straws pepper, celery, kohlrabi and carrots. Tomatoes are cut slices. All these vegetables are mixed in a salad bowl and filled with condensed milk.
