Warm salad is always unusual, because we are accustomed to cold appetizers. So, according to the recipe for this salad for the New Year, we will need:

Large cherry, up to a pound;

Salad leaves 100 grams;

One or two garlic cloves;

Olive oil, natural yogurt (better, home);

salt and pepper.

To begin with, cut the tomatoes. If you bought cherry, then in half, if it's ordinary, then rings. Fry tomatoes in a frying pan (they will make our salad warm) until the crust appears.

Mix yoghurt with olive oil (2 spoons), add salt, crushed garlic clove and pepper. Mix the ingredients.

Recipe for puff lettuce

On the festive table for the New Year there must necessarily be a place for a useful flaky salad made from vegetables.

We will need:

Walnuts;

Apples;

Beet;

Carrot;

Prunes;

Some amount of light mayonnaise.

First of all boil the vegetables. As soon as they are ready and cool, we begin to grind the ingredients. Apples in the company with beets and carrots are rubbed on a large grater, while nuts (which do not naturally need cooking) and prunes are crushed with a knife.

The first layer on the dish is laid carrots, then the apple, followed by prunes and ends the beetroot salad. The sequence can be changed, but the beets must always remain next to the prunes. These vegetables form an amazing taste. In the process of re-laying, each layer is supplemented with mayonnaise, except the last one, the top one. The final layer of puff lettuce for the New Year is decorated with nuts.
