Royal salad for the royal table
Salads greatly help to decorate and diversify both the festive table and our daily diet. Each housewife has a list of her favorite dishes. There are also salads. Which one to choose from all the culinary diversity that exists today, each person decides depending on their composition and their preferences. This dish has many variations (depending on the ingredients). It can be beet, liver, seafood, chicken and many other ingredients. To begin with, consider a royal salad with beets. It looks beautiful on any table, but it's better to serve it without mixing it.
Ingredients:
- Beet (fresh) - 1 piece;
- Cabbage Peking or white-headed - the fourth part;
- Potatoes - 2 tubers;
- Carrots (fresh) - 1 piece;
- Onion - half of the head;
- mayonnaise;
- salt;
- vegetable oil.
The royal salad on the table is served in a large platter. Each ingredient is laid out with a slide, in the center of the salad bowl it is required to put mayonnaise.
First we take carrots, mine, we clean and three it on a grater. Then we do the same with the beets.
Cabbage should be finely chopped. Onion should be cleaned and chopped, as thin as possible. Fresh potatoes are cleaned and just like carrots and beets, three on a grater. Then put the potatoes on a paper towel and let them dry.
On the salad bowl we have a beetroot, carrots, cabbage, potatoes and onions. Sprinkle a little salt on top and spread mayonnaise on the center.
For lovers of seafood there is also an excellent option. For example, a royal salad with squid.
Composition:
- Squid - 2 pieces;
- Egg - 1 piece;
- Shrimp (chilled frozen) - glass;
- Bulb - a quarter;
- Salmon caviar - 2 tsp;
- mayonnaise.
To prepare a royal salad with seafood, take a deep and wide plate. First we boil squid (three minutes, no longer, otherwise the product will become rubber). Then cut them with rings, add the finished shrimp.
The hard-boiled egg is wiped on a grater and we add onion, cut into half rings or small rectangles. Then lettuce dress with mayonnaise and mix well. Then it can be put in the refrigerator to cool a little.
Before you serve the salad on the table, lay it on a beautiful dish, line it and add the red caviar with a beautiful layer. Enjoy your meal!
