Vitamins from shrimps boast of vitamin E.

Regular use of shrimp promotes general strengthening of the body and increased immunity. It is especially useful to use them to people who often suffer from colds and allergies.

So, shrimps are very useful and tasty, that's why there are many dishes that are cooked with shrimps. Let's start with salads.

Salad with shrimps and chicken: recipe number 1

This salad is very tasty and nutritious. For its preparation you will need: boiled shrimp and cheese for 300 g., 4 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 1 chicken leg, onion, garlic to taste and 200 g. Any mushrooms (fresh), mayonnaise.

We start by boiling mushrooms and chicken. The boiled chicken is then cut, and the mushrooms are fried together with the onions (also pre-cut into pieces of the correct size). Then mushrooms and chicken mixed, and when cool - add mayonnaise.

Eggs, too, cook, then rub on a large grater. Shrimp (pre-cooked and chilled) cut into pieces.

Now all the products need to be laid in layers in a salad bowl. First, put half the cheese and tomatoes, then shrimp, mayonnaise, eggs, then chicken and mushrooms. And we put the remaining half of the cheese and tomato mixture on top. On top of the salad with prawns and chicken can be decorated with greens or shrimps.

Salad with shrimps and chicken: recipe number 2

A recipe for salad with chicken and shrimp. For its preparation you will need half a kilo of chicken fillet and shrimp, as well as 1 onion, a pineapple jar, mayonnaise and a little green onion.

Fillet and shrimp must be boiled and cut into cubes. Pineapples should also be cut into cubes, cut into plain and green onions. Then mix it all and add mayonnaise. This salad with shrimps and chicken has a very pleasant and slightly sweet taste due to pineapple.

Salad with shrimps and croutons

The succulents serve as an excellent addition to salads, they are used for preparing many salads, for example, with shrimps.

Ingredients of lettuce: 2 tomatoes, 0.5 cans of olives (without seeds), lettuce, shrimp (200 g cooked in purified form), a pack of "Kirieshek" and mayonnaise.

Products should be put in a salad bowl or on a dish in layers: firstly chopped lettuce leaves, then tomatoes (cut into cubes), chopped shrimps, watered with mayonnaise and sprinkled with crumbs. You can sprinkle a layer of shrimp with lemon juice.

Salad with shrimps and mozzarella

This is a delicious and refined salad, which will be an ornament of any table. For its preparation you will need the following products: for 100 g mozzarella cheese - about 4-5 large shrimps, as well as lettuce leaves, pieces of 6 cherry tomatoes, as many olives and 1 orange pepper. Also you will need olive oil.

Prawns boil and cut, lettuce cut into large pieces (or tear, so it turns out better). Olives and tomatoes cut into 2 halves, pepper cut into large slices, from cheese, too, we form pieces (with a spoon or fork). All the ingredients are mixed and refueled with oil.
