It is cleaned very simply and quickly: you need to slightly cut its thick skin, after that it will separate from the pulp very easily. Unexpected can become the size - if you remove the skin from the pamela, it will become much smaller, sometimes the skin reaches a few centimeters wide. What are the fruits that still change during the cleaning process? They can be counted on the fingers - grapefruit, pamela, coconut.

The flesh of the pamela will resemble a small nucleus. It should be divided into 2 halves. Then, with the tip of the knife, carefully peel off thick films one by one and from them take out the pulp. Each lobe lies in its shell absolutely freely, without attaching to the walls. Do not forget to take out the bones from the lobules, sometimes they are 5-6 pieces each. All the cleared slices can be put in a plate - this is a ready-to-eat product. You do not even need sugar - Pamela has a very sweet taste.
