How to cook pancakes on the water

Pancakes are very light food. Usually they are served for breakfast or as a lunch dessert. At the same time they are quite rich and tasty, as they are baked and can be supplemented with almost any ingredients.

Most recipes for making pancakes use sour milk or kefir, which deprives people who are lactose intolerant of the opportunity to try this dish. Therefore, a recipe was invented, like pancakes on the water. They can be prepared using yeast and without them.

These recipes are fairly simple and do not require much time, and the ingredients for them are relatively inexpensive. Therefore, these dishes can be considered economical, dietary and affordable to almost everyone.

Yeast pancakes on the water

The following ingredients are required for preparation:

- 25 grams of dry yeast ;

- 2 eggs;

- vegetable refined oil - four tablespoons;

- 0.5 kg of flour;

- 2 cups of water;

- granulated sugar - four tablespoons;

- salt.

At the beginning of cooking, it is necessary to dissolve the yeast in slightly warm water. Then they can be added to the flour and kneaded. The next step is to thoroughly beat the eggs, adding sugar to them. In this case, you need to add there oil and a little salt (to taste).

After 1.5 hours, the dough should almost double. It is at this point in it to add a prepared mass of eggs and sugar. Then again carefully mix. The dough is ready.

Fry such pancakes on the water is necessary on a well-heated frying pan with the use of sunflower oil. At the same time, the fire of the burner should be slightly above average.

But what to do if there was no yeast at hand or for certain reasons (illness, fasting, etc.) to eat them is not recommended. To solve a similar problem, a pretty good recipe was invented, which makes it possible to make pancakes on water without yeast.

To prepare you need:

- 2 eggs;

- 0.5 kg of flour;

- vegetable refined oil in the amount of four tablespoons;

- 2 cups of water;

- granulated sugar - four tablespoons;

- salt.

We cook these pancakes in the same way as in the previous recipe. First mix the dough and beat the eggs. Since the yeast is absent in the recipe, it is not necessary to stand out, so we immediately add the egg mixture. After that, you can fry pancakes mixed with water, using sunflower oil and a frying pan.

It should be noted that if the yeast is not added to the dough, the pancakes will not be so voluminous, lush and airy. Usually they are obtained in the form of a small, but rather thick pancake. In this case, you can also note a strong difference in taste. Although, no matter what kind of pancakes, they are always enjoyed with honey, jam, condensed milk and hot tea.

In cooking, there are about a hundred different recipes for making pancakes. They are made from various vegetables and sweet fruits, add all kinds of spices, etc. However, almost all fritters are characterized by excellent taste and simplicity of preparation.
