Cold drinks

In stores there is always a wide range of drinks attracting a bright, rich taste. But they are not always able to quench their thirst and, even more so, to benefit, nourish with natural vitamins.

And increasingly I want to replace all this "chemistry" and reconstituted juices with a drink prepared at home under a simple recipe. From such a drink breezes childhood: a homemade lemonade in a transparent jug, a jelly from natural products, an ice tea (black, green, red), vegetable and milk cocktails and, of course, mors and compote.

Than these drinks differ from purchased ones, it is understandable and so. But what are they different from each other? In this article, let's talk about what morph is different from compote.

Morse and compote: differences

To quench your thirst, you can use compote and mors. What is the difference between these drinks? Let's see how they are prepared and what is included in their composition.

Morse is a soft drink that is made from natural juice, diluted with water, with the addition of sugar. Morse is prepared from various berries and fruits, both from one species, and from the mixture. The water for making Morse comes only boiled. It dilutes sugar and heats up for complete dissolution. The juice should only be added to the cooled syrup, in order to preserve as many vitamins as possible. To enhance the taste, water is firstly boiled in the mash. Drink Morse is better chilled, you can add a lemon or orange to the jug.

Let's see how the fruit is different from compote.

Compote is a dessert sweet drink made of berries and fruits. It is valuable because it is not canned, but sterilized (if harvested for future use). You can prepare without sugar. Compote is low-calorie and is considered a diet drink. Compote, unlike Morse and especially from juice, does not irritate the gastric mucosa, therefore it can be drunk even with exacerbations of digestive system diseases. Especially good compote of dried fruits. It improves digestion, normalizes metabolism.

The presence of natural juice in the drink is what the fruit is different from compote.

Both mors and compote are very rich in vitamins. The value of Morse is the presence in it of natural juice, and the compote is exposed to short-term heat treatment, preserving vitamins in berries and fruits. Compote of dried fruits is also rich in vitamins, because it is very concentrated. In addition, it can be enriched with vitamin C, if to add dried fruit also the dog rose.

Juice

And now consider compote, and fruit juice, and juice, what is the difference between these drinks.

Juice, cooked at home, can be of two types: freshly squeezed and cooked. Freshly squeezed juice is prepared from berries or fruits by passing them through a juicer. Such natural juice can be procured for future use. The remaining oil cake is diluted with water, filtered, then add sugar, heated to dissolve and add the juice. We pour out on cans and sterilize.

To make the juice tasty, only high-quality raw materials should be used for its production.

In addition, juices are prepared not only from fruits and berries. To prepare this drink, vegetables are also used.

Natural undiluted liquid product - this is what juice is different from mors and compote. Let's move from theory to practice.

Recipes

To understand the difference between compote and mors, cook and try these drinks.
