To do this, mix a glass of table wine with 6% vinegar and three glasses of water, bring to a boil, pour a tablespoon of salt, and a half tablespoons of sugar. The received quantity will suffice for one jar in volume in liter. Before pouring the marinade, put garlic on a sheet of horseradish, laurel, a little cloves and cinnamon, pepper, dill greens or parsley. Pour the prepared mixture and tightly cover the lids.
