Draniki are one of the favorite dishes of Belarusians. They are cooked in any kitchen, and this is correct, since potatoes, which the Belarusians affectionately call "bulb", is the pride of the country, and in times of crisis it also helps us all out.

I must say that the process of preparing pancakes will not take you much time. After all, for this dish you will need at least a very affordable product that is in every house, and another half an hour to fry them.

How to cook pancakes?

For the preparation of pancakes, you will need the following products: 7-8 pcs. Potatoes large, two onions, 2 eggs, a couple of spoons of wheat flour, soda, salt, vegetable oil, spices, sour cream for refueling.

Traditionally, they are preparing pancakes from the so-called crowded mass. The tarted mass is a grated potato (or blender), which is mixed with the potato juice formed during cooking .

How to cook pancakes so that they are not loose? First, you need to put all the potato mass on a piece of gauze to remove excess juice.

How to cook pancakes to make them delicious and fragrant? The taste of pancakes is well emphasized by the following spices: black pepper, marjoram and celery root. Put the spices, mix again and you can start to fry. Do this on a pre-heated frying pan, fry the pancakes in vegetable oil.

Serve pancakes on the table with sour cream, butter, crushed cranberries, mchanka.

How to cook pancakes with minced meat.

In order to cook pancakes with minced meat, you will need the following products: 7-8 pieces. Potatoes large, 300 g minced pork or beef with pork, two onions, a couple of eggs, two tablespoons of wheat flour, salt, soda, vegetable oil, spices, sour cream.

How to prepare the dough for such draniki. In exactly the same way as for the previous ones.

Peel the potatoes and grate them. Press through gauze excess juice. Then add the chopped onion, as well as eggs, flour, salt and spices (pepper ground, marjoram, celery root, for example), mix well. Then grind the pork in a meat grinder, cook the minced pork, add salt, ground pepper black and mix well.

Further. Roll out the frying pan with vegetable oil and begin to spread on it a potato dough. When the cake grabs, for each pancake we put a small thin cutlet from minced meat. On top of it we put a spoonful of potato paste on the meat. Fry from one side until the formation of a ruddy golden crust, then on the other, then you need to reduce the heat and put it under the lid until it is ready.

Serve hot pancakes with sour cream sauce.

How to cook pancakes with meat.

Ingredients: 7-8 potato tubers large, 200 grams of pork meat, two onions, two eggs, salt, a couple tablespoons of wheat flour, vegetable oil, 3 cloves of garlic, spices, sour cream and baking soda.

Peel garlic, onions and potatoes finely chop and grind through a meat grinder. Cut the meat and also grind through the meat grinder. Add the ground meat to the pre-cooked potato mass. There we lay eggs, flour, salt and spices. We mix everything thoroughly. In a frying pan, pour the vegetable oil and in the preheated butter with a spoon, spread the dough, frying from both sides on a small fire until orange crust. Serve pancakes should be either with sour cream, or with cracklings and scrambled eggs.
