To prepare this dish, you will have to take care in advance that your kitchen will have all the required components. So that you get a tasty pickled dogwood, you will need:

  • Kilogram of ripe fleshy fruits.
  • Four tablespoons of sugar.
  • One and a half glasses of purified drinking water.
  • Two tablespoons of vinegar.

In addition, the above list of products must be replenished with a laurel leaf, five peas of sweet pepper and three buds of cloves.

In order for you to get a really tasty and healthy pickled dog, you need to strictly follow all the recommendations and maintain the specified proportions.

First of all, you should take up the main ingredient. The fruits of dogwood are cleaned from the tails and thoroughly washed in cool running water. After the berries are ready, you can give time to marinade. For this, pure water is poured into water, vinegar and sugar are added and put on a stove. The contents of the saucepan are brought to a boil.

While preparing marinade, you can do jars. They put a bay leaf, peas of sweet pepper and cloves. After that, the containers are filled with pre-prepared berries and filled with marinade. Banks are sent to twenty-minute sterilization and rolled.

Fruits cooked according to this recipe have a unique rich taste. To get a real dogwood marinated for olives, you need to make sure beforehand that you have all the necessary ingredients at your disposal. In your kitchen, except for the berries themselves, should be:

  • Three percent vinegar.
  • Salt.

To your dogwood, pickled with olives, differed strongly pronounced flavor, you need to additionally buy spices. The best place for these purposes is bay leaf, clove and tarragon.

Process description

It should be noted that for the preparation of snacks according to this recipe it is desirable to select already reddened, but not fully ripe fruits. In this case, you will get a very tasty marinated cornelian, like olives.

Then the banks are poured into a cooled marinade, they are clogged with lids and sent to storage in a cold place.

To prepare this unusual dish you will need a liter of vinegar, a kilogram of granulated sugar and two liters of purified drinking water. All fruits and berries are thoroughly washed, and then cleaned from the bones. If the pears are too large, they are cut in half. Sufficiently small fruits are left as a whole.

According to the recipe, the ratio of dogwood, plums and pears should be 2: 3: 3. Fruits are very accurately distributed over pre-prepared glass jars and poured with marinade, for which the first boil water with sugar, and then pour vinegar to them.

After this, the cornel, marinated with pears and plums, is sent to a ten-minute sterilization and clogged with lids.
