To make tomato gravies, you need a medium-sized bulb, carrots, a little sunflower or butter, a spoonful of flour and a couple of spoons of tomato paste concentrate. In a frying pan fry the chopped onion and flour until golden brown. We raise the tomato paste in warm water and gradually add it to the frying pan, without stopping stirring. If the pasta from tomatoes you do not have, you can fully prepare the sauce without it. To enhance the taste of gravy, use greens, seasonings, a mixture of white and black pepper.


Mushroom sauce for macaroni is perfectly combined with meat dishes, but it is good in itself. You can cook it from any mushrooms, but the most accessible, of course, mushrooms. For cooking, you need 200 grams of mushrooms, onions or shallots, a tablespoon of flour, 100 grams of sour cream or mayonnaise (if you want to reduce the caloric content of the dish, take natural yogurt), greens, seasonings, vegetable oil. First fry mushrooms and chopped onions so that they have a golden color. We spread in a glass of warm water flour and sour cream, add to the vegetables and cook with constant stirring until thick. Solim to taste, add your favorite seasonings and greens. Our gravy to the pasta is ready. Based on this recipe, you can come up with several options. For example, adding tomato paste, we will get sour cream-tomato sauce.

Meat sauce for pasta is not only a tasty dressing for flour products, but also a satisfying second course. For its preparation, you need minced meat (preferably pork), meat broth, tomato paste or fresh tomatoes, a small onion, medium-sized carrots, salt and pepper. Mince lay in a deep frying pan, add the broth and stew until almost ready. Finely chopped onion, grated carrot and tomato (or cut tomatoes) on a large grater, stew separately with the addition of broth. We connect all the ingredients and bring the gravy to the ready, not forgetting to stir it. Then, add salt to taste and add chopped greens. In the meat sauce you can add mushrooms.

The following recipe for gravy to pasta can be attributed to the eastern cuisine. It has an unusually piquant sweet and sour taste. As a filler, use white chicken meat, cut into strips. The basis of gravy will be a ready-made broth. It will need a little less glass. Also we will need a small can of pineapple cubes, a teaspoon of curry powder, juice of half a lemon and a little olive oil. Those who prefer a pungent taste can add to the list chili pepper or paprika powder. As a thickener we use ordinary flour.


Spoon the flour into a light golden color in a small amount of butter, vegetable or creamy. We add chicken broth with constant stirring. Drain the juice from the pineapples and put them into a frying pan, season with salt, pepper and curry. Add chopped chicken meat and lemon juice. We let the sauce go on a slow fire. A delicious dressing for rice, pasta or buckwheat is ready.

The original gravy to pasta without meat is obtained from fresh tomatoes. The special aroma and taste of this refueling can not be compared with the purchased ketchup. To make it, you need a couple of large tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper, a pair of cloves of garlic, olive oil, one small bunch of onion green and basil.


Finely shred tomatoes and lightly simmer them in a frying pan. Then wipe them through a sieve. Chop finely pepper and onions, fry in oil, here we add mashed tomatoes, basil and pounded garlic. Add some boiled water and let the mixture boil. Salt and pepper add to taste.

Preparing a delicious gravy for pasta or cereal side dishes can even be quite inexperienced culinary. A huge plus of such a dish is the absence in it of any chemistry, harmful dyes and additives.
