If there is not enough time or desire to cook something essential, hot sandwiches will come to the rescue. This is an excellent option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, they are perfect for a snack at work or for any other situation when there is no way to eat well. There is a huge amount of a variety of recipes for hot sandwiches. Option 1

Prepare the following products: white medium-sliced bread , potatoes, eggs, onions, salt and pepper. If desired, our hot sandwiches can be sprinkled with herbs.

Another quick option. Peculiar mini-pizza. We take slices of white bread. We spread on it finely chopped slices of smoked sausage, on top of the tomatoes, and cover everything with grated cheese. Fry our hot sandwiches from two sides. Just make sure that the cheese is not burnt. Before serving, we decorate with greens.

Be sure to try to cook these sandwiches. The combination of ham and pineapple gives a unique taste. So, we take slices of white bread, we spread on them a ham (we cut not so thickly), and then thin plates of pineapple and cheese, grated on a small grater. Such sandwiches are prepared in a microwave oven. Literally one minute, and a hearty dish is ready!

Option 4

These hot sandwiches I call only "assorted". It's all about the filling, since it consists of several products. So, take the cooked sausage, cut it into cubes, rub the cheese on the grater, chop the egg. Mix all the products together, add a teaspoon of green peas, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, taste greens, salt and pepper. Stir well and lay out evenly on slices of bread. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 220C for about 3-4 minutes.

Hot sandwiches are something that you can constantly experiment with. In principle, for their "stuffing" you can use everything that is in your refrigerator.
