Bake white bread at home

White bread is sold in all stores. However, very often it is not as tasty as we would like. In this regard, we propose to make bread yourself using simple and affordable products.

Modern technologies are developing very quickly. And most housewives prefer to knead and bake white bread not independently, but with the help of such a device as a bread maker. But unfortunately, not every culinary specialist can boast of having such a device. In this regard, we decided to tell you about how quickly and easily to prepare white bread in the oven.

Step-by-step recipe for home-made bread

There are quite a few recipes, thanks to which you can independently bake delicious homemade bread. All of them are very similar. However, in some cases, wheat flour is used to make such a product, and in others - rye flour.

To make white bread, we need the first component. But first things first.

So, for baking delicious home-made bread you need to buy:

  • Light wheat flour - about 1 kg;
  • Yeast in granules - about 4 g;
  • Milk is warm and drinking water - 1 full glass;
  • Sugar light sugar - 2 dessert spoons;
  • Sunflower oil - 1/3 of a standard glass;
  • Salt - a dessert spoon;
  • Egg chicken small - 1 pc.

Like any other pastry, white bread should be prepared with dough kneading. Most often, a yeast base is used to make such a product. To mix it, warm milk and drinking water are combined in one container, and then add sugar to them and completely dissolve it.

After obtaining a sweet turbid mass, yeast is spread into the granules, well stirred and left in complete rest for 12-18 minutes. During this time, the yeast must completely dissolve. In the future, they add a small beaten egg, salt and sunflower oil.

Gently stirring the ingredients, they spread wheat flour, and they all knit well.

Having received a homogeneous and slightly sticky dough, it is placed in a deep saucepan and covered with a rag. To the base is not weather-beaten and not covered with a hard crust, it is also closed with a lid. In this form, the dough is left in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. After a while, the slightly raised base is beaten with a fist, again it is closed and kept under similar conditions for another 35 minutes.

This treatment will contribute to a lush and mild yeast dough.

The formation process

Before baking white bread in the oven, it should be properly formed. To do this, use a special heat-resistant cast iron, glass or aluminum in the form of a brick. The dishes are well lubricated with any vegetable oil, and then take the dough that comes up, form an oval from it and spread it into a container. In this case, the foundation should not completely fill the form. It should barely reach its middle.

In this form, the dough is again left in a warm place, but already for ¼ hour. During this time, it should rise slightly and fill the dishes.

Heat treatment process

The presented recipe for white bread we decided to implement in the oven. It is preheated to 200 degrees. After that, put the dough into the oven and cook for an hour. During this time, the base should completely bake, become soft, lush and rosy.

We bring home bread to the table

Preparing the white bread in the oven, it is carefully removed from the mold, by turning it abruptly. To the table such a product is served in a hot form, previously cut into pieces.

You can eat white bread with any dishes. In addition, it produces excellent sandwiches and toast.

Other preparation option

If the considered option of cooking white bread does not suit you, then we recommend using another one. To implement it we will need:

  • Light wheat flour - about 1 kg;
  • Yeast rassypnye - about 4 g;
  • Warm drinking water - 2 cups;
  • Sugar light sugar - 2 dessert spoons;
  • Sunflower oil - 1/3 of a standard glass;
  • Salt - a dessert spoon;
  • Egg powder - 2 large spoons.

Kneading test

Dough for white bread is kneaded easily and simply. In warm drinking water, the sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Then in the same pan add a mixture consisting of loose yeast and 2/3 cup light flour. After mixing the components, they are left in the warmth for 25 minutes. After that, add to the swelled mass of table salt, egg powder and sunflower oil.

Knezivsh thick, but not tight dough, it is placed in a deep container, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour. After a while, get a lush and soft mass, which is immediately used to make white home bread. Formed and baked in the oven it is exactly the same as in the first recipe. Therefore, we will not describe this process.
