Now fry the pieces of meat in a hot frying pan until golden brown (until ready) and our dish is ready.

Shish kebab from the chicken. Thanks to the fact that the chicken thighs are, first of all, very soft and soft meat, quite often they are used for cooking shish kebab. We take the washed meat (at the rate of two hundred grams per serving) and rub it with sour cream mixed with spices. As spices, it is best to use red and black pepper, caraway, Provence herbs and mustard powder. Add and combine them can be based on personal preferences and taste.

In a small saucepan, at the lowest heat, melt two tablespoons of butter, pour half a glass of orange and a tablespoon of lemon juice, add soy sauce, half a cup of honey and mustard to taste. After seven to eight hours, the meat can be laid out on a grate or baking sheet and fry for half an hour (or until cooked) on low heat or coals, periodically pouring marinated sauce.

For one serving, as in previous recipes, we use two hundred grams of meat. On the basis of four servings, we take three hundred grams of fresh mushrooms, thoroughly rinse and clean them, grind them and fry them with onions in a hot frying pan. Oil is best used olive, but any other vegetable is also suitable. After the fried mushrooms cool down a little, put them on meat and wrap it in rolls. These rolls are fried until ready, pre-pouring them in an egg and breadcrumbs.
