Pork goulash in a multivariate? As easy as pie!

Having bought a multivark, you will definitely want to try the familiar dishes from childhood, adapted for modern technology. Prepare goulash from pork in the multivark can be very quickly, it is enough to follow simple recipes. Consider several possible options, and you will choose how to cook goulash.

Take 400 grams of pork, onions, carrots. You will also need a couple glasses of water, salt and spices that you can add to your taste, two tablespoons of flour and, of course, vegetable oil. However, the specificity of the multivarka is that the products in it do not burn and do not lose their useful properties, so oil is not the most obligatory ingredient in order to make a delicious pork goulash in a multivariate.

So, cut the pork into thin pieces, then chop the onion. Rub grated carrots with thin straws. To goulash from pork in the multivark turned out delicious, all the ingredients should be finely chopped, do not forget about it. Then turn on the "Baking" mode on your machine and immerse the meat and vegetables inside, close the lid. After a while you need to check how things are at goulash. Allow the meat to boil properly so that it is not hard. After some time has passed, you need to salt and pepper the dish, add gravy in the form of flour dissolved in water. Then switch the multivarker to the quench mode. Stir the dish for a while. Then close the lid and leave the food to languish on low heat. And then your pork goulash, cooked in a multivariate, will delight your whole family.

However, not everyone loves pork, so now we are preparing beef goulash. For its preparation you will need 700 grams of beef, 100 milliliters of tomato paste, onion, two cloves of garlic, dry wine, and spices.

It is necessary to cut the beef into cubes and put it into the bowl of the multivark. Top with spices, salt, finely chopped onions, tomato paste. All this must be mixed and left in the quenching mode for two hours. At the end of this time, add about 70 ml of wine and chopped garlic.

If you think that 400 grams of meat is not enough for a full dinner, cook goulash with vegetables. To do this, take 800 grams of beef, tomatoes (as much as you will eat), one Bulgarian pepper and carrots, a pair of onions, pepper in the form of peas, bay leaf, a tablespoon of flour and three glasses of water.

First, cut the beef into small pieces, and tomatoes and peppers - large chunks. Carrots need to be grated, and the onions cut into rings. Then, vegetable oil and other ingredients, except meat, are added to the multivark and fried in the baking mode for half an hour. After that, put bay leaf and pepper, pour water and cook an hour in the extinguishing mode. The bay leaf, by the way, can not be crumbled, but simply pulled out of the dish after its preparation.

As you can see, it's quite easy to cook goulash in a multivariate. Given that this device allows you to postpone the cooking process, put all the products in the morning. And in the evening you can enjoy a hot, fragrant and delicious goulash along with your loved ones.
