We need half a kilogram of pork tenderloin, one carrot and one onion, one leeks, one stalk of celery, four pieces of tomatoes in our own juice, two tablespoons of flour, vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon, dill, parsley, spices: ground paprika , Cayenne and black pepper, and also salt.

Meat sauce - a recipe of beef with dried Bulgarian pepper

This meat sauce is very well combined with pasta. For its preparation, we need 300 grams of beef, onion, tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a hundred pack of cream, two tablespoons of flour, half a teaspoon of dried Bulgarian pepper and saffron, salt.

Onion is cleaned and cut into small cubes, fried in a frying pan in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil, spread on a plate. Next, we load the meat of beef into the frying pan (cut into small pieces of medium size), fry until red, add water and stew for about an hour.

After this, add the already prepared fried onion and cream into the water, let the mixture boil. Then we send flour, dried pepper and saffron, salt to the frying pan. Mix and hold on fire until a "correct" consistency is obtained. We serve gravy as a side dish to pasta.

There are a lot of cooking options for meat. You can use chicken, lamb, add various spices or vegetables. You can make sauce on sour cream, on cream, even on mayonnaise or milk.
