So what kind of products will we need to cook tomatoes in a mysterious marinade? To implement such a recipe, you should purchase:

  • Tomatoes are not large elastic - about 3.5 kg;
  • Sugar beet - about 4 large spoons;
  • Buds of a carnation, red and black peppers - at own discretion;
  • Laurel leaves - several pieces;
  • Salt - 2.5 large spoonfuls per 3 liters of liquid;
  • Garlic teeth - 5-6 pieces;
  • Natural vinegar - 2 large spoons per 3-liter jar;
  • Normal vodka - 1 large spoonful per 3-liter jar.

Method of step-by-step preparation

To make tomatoes in a mysterious marinade, you should use only fresh and maximally elastic tomatoes of the same size. They are well washed in warm water and in a general form laid out in a pre-sterilized jar. To prepare such a workpiece, it is better to use a container with a volume of 3 liters.

After the vegetables are in a container, in a separate saucepan the usual drinking water is strongly boiled. Then it is poured into a jar with tomatoes and kept in this form for 5-9 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, the liquid is again poured and boiled, but this time it is added with beet sugar, clove buds, table salt, a pinch of ground black and red pepper, laurel leaves and peeled garlic cloves.
