Fried squash. Recipes for cooking

On useful properties, the patissons are practically inferior to courgettes. They contain a lot of fiber, pectin, lutein, vitamin C and mineral salts. From these vegetables you can prepare a lot of snacks and dishes. They are marinated, stewed, sour, stuffed. Very tasty are fried patissons. The recipe for this dish is described in this article.

Fried squash

Necessary ingredients: three eggs, two patissoni, five spoons of flour, spices and a little vegetable oil.

Preparation

Wash vegetables and peel. Eggs beat with spices and salt. Cut the patissons with plates. Each slice dipped in egg mass and roll in flour. After that, vegetables can be fried in vegetable oil. Bon Appetit.

Ingredients: two tomatoes, four patissoni, 100 g of mayonnaise, parsley, vegetable oil and two cloves of garlic.

Preparation

Cut the young patissons into circles, season with salt and leave for fifteen minutes. Then roll them in wheat flour and brown them on vegetable oil. Place the fried vegetables on a large plate. Lubricate them with light mayonnaise, mixed with chopped garlic. Top with tomatoes, cut into thin circles. Then apply a layer of mayonnaise again. Ingredients: two onions, 2 patissons, four spoons of sour cream, vegetable oil, greens.

Preparation

All vegetables peel and wash in cool water. Carrots cut thin slabs, and onions rings. Patissons - plates. In a frying pan fry the carrot slices, after three minutes, pour the ray. Sprinkle some vegetables and add the squash. Season the dish with spices and simmer until ready, stirring occasionally. In the end, put the sour cream. Necessary ingredients: two patissons, a few breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, salt, sunflower oil, 100 grams of hard cheese, 10 g of butter, fresh parsley.

Preparation

Patissons peel from the skin, and then cut into thin slices and salt. In a saucepan, combine the grated cheese, butter, parsley and one egg. Add the salt. With the resulting mixture, spread the slice of patisson. On top of the filling, cover one more circle of this vegetable. The food roll in flour, then in the egg and fry in oil on a heated frying pan on both sides. Bon Appetit.

Ingredients: 20 grams of ground walnuts, 10 grams of flour, squash, pepper, coriander, salt, vegetable oil, greens and mayonnaise.

Preparation

Clean the scallops from seeds and peel. Slice them in circles and sprinkle with spices. Mix mayonnaise with walnuts. Vegetables fry on both sides in oil, cover and simmer until done. Then transfer them to a plate, grease with sauce and sprinkle with herbs. Grilled patissons are ready. Bon Appetit.
