Cooking pancakes on milk and yogurt

Mix everything very well until the mass becomes homogeneous, and add the soda - one teaspoon. The dough immediately starts to bulge and will increase in volume. At this stage, pour in the flour sifted, and the mass will become like sour cream. Dilute it with boiling milk, mix quickly and add vegetable oil, odorless, two spoons.

Hot pancakes for this recipe
