The representative "Mercedes" E-class is widely known and recognizable all over the world. To date, the concern has released a lot of machines related to it. But E210 - "Mercedes", which can be safely called a representative of the classic German car industry. That's about him and should be told.

Briefly about the model

The representative of the E-class in the body of the W210 saw the light in 1995. He replaced the legendary model W124. "Ochkarik", as it is also called, was produced for seven years - until 2002. There was both a sedan and a station wagon (S210). This model has become unique - at least because it was first decided to use double oval headlights. Also worth noting that the car E210 (Mercedes) has a seat cushion adjustment. And both in height and in the angle of inclination. There is also a heated seat (a function standard for Mercedes), rear and windshield. Rear headrests can be folded if desired, for this there is a button located in the center console, next to the "emergency". Seats, by the way, are equipped with memory - they remember three positions.

This "Mercedes" E-class in the body of the W210 was offered to potential buyers in three versions. The first one is classical. It was called Classic. Naturally, a lot of attention to myself was attracted by the original Mercedes-E210. Tuning took to do the famous studio AMG. Moreover, he was released four versions, which were based on this model. These are E36, E50, E55 and E60.

The E50 was equipped with a 5-liter 347-horsepower engine and 5 ACPP. Up to "hundred" this car was accelerated in 6.2 seconds, and its maximum was 270 km / h. A total of 2,870 such versions were produced.

The E55 was an even more powerful model. Under its hood was a 5.5-liter 354-hp engine with 5AKPP. A mark of 100 km / h the arrow of the speedometer reached in 5.3 seconds. And the 4MATIC four-wheel drive (but on an individual order) could also be installed on this machine.

But the most powerful model was the car E50 W210 - with a 6-liter 381-horsepower engine, accelerating the car to "hundred" in 5.1 seconds. By the way, still there was a model E60. The most few in number of versions. But incredibly powerful. After all, it was equipped with a 6.3-liter 405-horsepower engine.
