Making cakes at home is a very exciting and interesting thing. The taste of a dessert prepared by one's own hands can never be compared with the taste of cookies from cooking. The preparation of this cake is fast and simple, and most importantly, does not require baking. Cake with potatoes and cookies

- cookies ("Jubilee", "Whipped milk", etc.) - a pound;

- Condensed milk - one pot;

- butter - one hundred grams;

- cocoa powder - three tablespoons;

- walnut kernels, fried in a frying pan - two hundred grams.

Cookies must be crushed with a rolling pin or, even better, passed through a meat grinder. Walnuts need to be finely chopped and mixed thoroughly with chopped cookies. In a separate dish, you must melt the butter in a microwave, add the same condensed milk and three spoons of cocoa. The mixture should be mixed thoroughly, so that the cocoa completely dissolved. And put again in the microwave for two minutes. After that, we must mix the cookies and nuts with warm cocoa mass. Mass should be kneaded to a homogeneous consistency and form small oval cakes similar to potato tubers. Ready cakes should be put in the refrigerator for several hours. When serving, you can decorate cakes with pieces of walnut or sprinkle with cocoa, powdered sugar.

Cake "Potatoes from biscuits"

- white vanilla biscuits - three hundred grams;

- sugar - one glass;

- milk - one glass;

- cocoa powder - two teaspoons;

- Butter - a pack.

Put the pan on the fire, pour a glass of milk into it, add sugar and cocoa. Cook the mixture exactly as much as you need sugar, so that it completely dissolved in the milk. Remove from heat to cool the mass. In the meantime, we will crush the crackers using a meat grinder. We toss the rusks into milk with sugar and stir well. The resulting mass is divided into small balls. Let's make a cake for pastries. To do this, mix the shredded nuts, a few spoons of powdered sugar and two spoons of cocoa powder. - cognac or rum - two tablespoons;

For this dish, you need to bake a biscuit, from which we then make a crumb. The furnace should be prepared in advance, at least one day in advance. We'll take two thirds of sugar and yolks from three eggs to get a light yellow mass. In a separate bowl, whip the remaining sugar and protein until the peaks. Then we mix yolks and proteins. In the egg-sugar mass, add flour sifted through a sieve, then starch. Next, carefully bake the biscuit dough. Take a baking sheet covered with baking paper and pour dough on it. We will bake the biscuit for about fifteen minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. When the biscuit is ready, it will need to be cooled and broken into pieces. The dried biscuit is well mixed in a meat grinder or in a blender.

Let's get on with the cream. Sugar powder with a softened butter. Slowly we will add the condensed milk, not stopping to whip. Add a couple spoonfuls of alcohol. Then shift the cream into a biscuit crumb and mix thoroughly until smooth.

The mass should be such that the cake "Potatoes" is well molded from it. From the quantity of products that are given to us in the recipe, we will get about ten cakes. Then roll in a mixture of powdered sugar and cocoa ready dessert and put it in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
