Chocolate Pancakes

Recipe for pancakes with chocolate and sour cream sauce

Wheat flour (300 g) is pre-mixed with other powdered ingredients: powdered sugar (3 tablespoons), cocoa powder (2 tsp), as baking powder, can be added either soda or baking powder (half a sachet), Salt (0.5 tsp). The resulting mixture is sieved through a sieve.

Ready to serve chocolate pancakes with chocolate cream, which is prepared as follows.

Mix two cups of milk in a saucepan with two tablespoons of sugar and heat, stirring to dissolve. Potato starch in an amount of 1 tablespoon stir to pasty state with a small amount of water and pour a thin trickle into the heated milk. When it boils, reduce the flame.
