How to cook croutons in a microwave oven: step by step recipe

Required products:

  • Wheat bread - ½ of a standard brick;
  • Rye bread - 500 g;
  • Salt sea not large - add at personal discretion;
  • Olive oil or sunflower without odor - 35-55 ml;
  • Paprika sweet ground - 1 small spoon;
  • Pepper ground black - 2/3 dessert spoon;
  • Garlic large - 3 cloves;
  • Any favorite spices and condiments - add at personal discretion.

Processing of the main component

To dry bread in the microwave turned out to be more varied and tasty, for the preparation of such a product, we decided to simultaneously use both wheat and rye bread. Such a product should be of yesterday's production and not crumble during the cutting. Bread is required to be chopped into even and small cubes with sides of 1 centimeter. After that, a flour product is recommended to flavor a small amount of olive or sunflower oil. It is desirable to carry out such a procedure before drying, otherwise the crackers can get wet.

To do this, the bread should be spread on the dishes in a small layer, and then cover it with a special plastic lid designed for this device, and put in a microwave oven. Then you need to select the maximum capacity for cooking and set the timer for 2 minutes. After the specified time, the crackers should be mixed by hand, and then again heat treated for a couple of minutes. It is recommended that you follow that the bread is only slightly dried, but not burnt and not strongly fried.

Preparation of refueling

If you make rusks in a microwave to use them not with the first dishes, but just like that, after drying they should be flavored with a mixture of the following spices: sea salt, ground paprika, black pepper and grated garlic.
